Wine At The Table

Goisot, David Clark

02 February 2009

Also had a Domaine Goisot Chardonnay CĂ´tes d’Auxerre 2006 which was faulty in my opinion: full of serious sulfur compounds on the nose and the palate was all over the place, hollow, sour. Followed by a Domaine David Clark Passetoutgrains 2006 which was rich, concentrated, showing a degree of interest and complexity never seen on a wine from these level.
