Two interesting wines

J.F. Mugnier Clos de la Maréchale 1er Cru Blanc Nuits-Saint-Georges 2006 Hmm… I can’t put my finger on what it is about Côte de Nuits blanc. They’re all weird. This is strictly for the Mugnier loves. Competently made, good acid but this would land for about $200 in AU! What was I thinking?

One interesting one, a Domaine Bonin Meursault “Les Tillets” village 1969. Lots going on, developed but still lively and very interesting. 40 year old village blanc!
