Snuck a Mas de Daumas Gassac rouge 2005 in. The first growth of the south. A great wine with elegant cassis and mulberry aromas giving way to spice and roast beef. Great balance to the palate. Fine, soft tannins, refreshing acidity. What most Bordeaux should be.
