Supposedly the best rosé the world, according to many.

Very expensive (twenty euros) for rosé . Bright salmon colour, a little greenness to the nose and palate. A simple, well made but nondescript wine. Finishes with some alcoholic heat which I found surprising. Lacks the refreshing acidity I like in rosé.
